Week 1: In this session, we’ll start the Weekly Huddle to discuss the past week’s wins and learnings. Then we’re going to find out what we’re starting with. You will benchmark your business against the 22 Silver Bullets and the Client Diagnostic. You’ll see the entire process and where your business stands at the moment.
Week 2: Review of last week's learnings, continued skill building, and homework!
Week 1: As always, we’ll start the Weekly Huddle to discuss the past week’s wins and learnings. Then we’ll start with a Revenue & Profit Budget (RPB) and a Tactical Marketing Plan (TMP). During this session, you’ll work out how many leads/prospects you need to reach your revenue goals and create the marketing plan to support those goals. You’ll also learn how “massive action leads to massive results”.

Week 1: We will start with the Weekly Huddle, to review the week’s wins and learnings. In our session will be a roundtable discussion of the first month’s learning’s, challenges and results. This mastermind session is designed to create peer to peer resources, support and encouragement.
