From Sinking to Swimming
It was my wife's idea for me to get a coach. The business was doing fine financially. We'd been in business for 13 years, turning a profit every year, growing every year, adding people to it. But I felt like I was sinking.
She was seeing that I was struggling so badly out of my depth. The company needed leadership. People were looking up to me for direction and for their livelihood and for their safety. That's where I was out of my depth and sinking rather than swimming.
