When you're running a business, you need to pay attention to money
Just like how a coin has two sides, money also has two dimensions.
The first side has to do with how much business owners know about their own current financial situations. For example:
- Do you have proper accounting?
- What about bookkeeping?
- Are there metrics in place, as well as performance indicators?
If you've ever thought to yourself “I don’t really understand what these financial reports mean" or "I don't really know know how well I’m doing,” then this dimension of your money is being overlooked.
The second side of money has to do with wanting more money yet being unsure of how to increase revenue via better sales and marketing.
